Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

As we prioritize product integrity and customer safety, please take a moment to review our return and replacement guidelines:

1. Returns

  1. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
  2. This policy helps prevent risks of adulteration and ensures the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

2. Replacements

  1. Replacements are only applicable in case of incorrect product delivery (i.e., wrong item received rather than the one ordered).
  2. To be eligible for a replacement:
    1. The request must be raised within 48 hrs of delivery.
    2. Clear images, order details, and Invoice number must be provided for verification, along with a complete unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened
    3. Once verified, an estimated replacement date will be shared. After the team has confirmed eligibility, we will communicate with you regarding the pickup of the product.
    4. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a replacement.
    5. We reserve the right to deny a replacement if the product appears to have been opened, tampered with, or consumed in any way.

3. Missing Product in Multi-Item Orders

 

  1. If any item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    1. Clear photos of the package (including outer box and contents),
    2. Unboxing video (The package should be sealed and then opened in the video)
    3. Order and invoice details.
  2. After verification, we will initiate sending the missing product.
  3. Claims raised beyond 48 hours from delivery may not be eligible for redressal.

4. Order Acceptance

  1. Order confirmation emails are acknowledgments of receipt, not confirmations of dispatch. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order post-placement based on:
    1. Product availability
    2. Payment verification
    3. Pricing or technical errors

5. Cancellations

  1. Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  2. Once shipped, no cancellation, refund, or return request will be considered.
  3. For prepaid orders, upon successful cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7 working days.

 

6. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are processed only in scenarios where:

  1. A cancellation request is approved before dispatch
  2. A product is out of stock after order placement
  3. An order has not been fulfilled due to internal reasons

Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 7 working days to the original payment source.
